Evan Rachel Wood and Marilyn Manson Split… Again
Marilyn Manson and Queen Sophie Anne Evan Rachel Wood have once again called it quits. The on-again-off-again-on-again-no-wait-off-again couple ended their engagement last week, a source confirmed to PEOPLE.
Saturday night, a newly single Marilyn Manson was out on the town, dining at STK and clubbing at Boudoir with enough ladies in tow to satisfy the Vampire Queen of Louisiana herself. Manson’s group included his longtime guitarist, Twiggy and former Playmate of the Year, Colleen Shannon.
A source told the magazine that, “They just broke off their engagement, and he needed a night out with friends.”
Marilyn proposed to Evan in January of this year during one of his concerts in Paris. The couple initially started dating in 2006, as the shock rocker began an affair with the then-barely legal actress while still married to Dita Von Tease, which was one of the reasons behind their divorce.
Evan and Marilyn broke up two years later, when Evan was briefly linked to her former ‘Once and Again’ costar, Shane West. If you’re keeping score, the pair reconciled briefly but split again, got engaged earlier this year, and have again decided to call it quits.
