Sadly, Radar Online
is reporting that comedian Martin Short’s wife, Nancy Dolman, has died.
Nancy reportedly passed away on Saturday at their home in the Pacific Palisades. “The Los Angeles City Fire Department responded to a medical emergency call at Short’s address at 8:30 am Saturday,” Radar Online writes, adding that the emergency response team remained at the home for approximately half an hour, but did not transport anyone to the hospital.
It is believed that Nancy died at the house. The cause of death is not yet known, or has not yet been announced to the media. Although, Radar Online reports that a representative for the actor did confirm that Nancy had passed away.
Nancy and Martin were married in 1980, after meeting while acting in a Canadian production of the musical, Godspell.
Nancy was diagnosed with cancer in 2007, after doctor discovered a growth in her left groin area. At that time, she underwent surgery.
The couple has three children together – Katherine, 27, Oliver, 24, and Henry, 20.
Martin Short rose to fame after starring on Saturday Night Live and is likely best known for his role in the Father of the Bride Franchise.
