Liam Hemsworth is back on the market! His rep confirmed to US Weekly that Miley and Liam have in fact called it quits. (Miley’s rep had no comment.)
The teen queen began dating her hunky Australian boyfriend last August, after meeting on the set of their movie, ‘The Last Song.’
Liam reportedly impressed Miley the first time they met after he opened the door for her. She told Ellen DeGeneres on her talk show in March, “I was like, I have been in LA for three years and I don’t think any guy has actually opened the door for me… I was like ‘Wow, that is super-impressive…’ He’s hot and he opened the door. Excellent.”
That same month, Liam told US at the LA premier of ‘The Last Song’ that he and Miley had a lot of fun filming the movie. “Jokes and shooting on the beach,” he said, “there wasn’t much to complain about!”
But now it appears that their relationship has run its course.
E! Online reports that at just 17, Miley can’t be tamed is, understandably, not yet ready to settle down. She’s focusing on her career, and is currently filming ‘L.O.L’ in Michigan with Demi Moore, Ashley Greene and Thomas Jane.
