Jersey Shore’s most infamous guidette, Snooki, took on the People of New Jersey today, facing charges of disorderly conduct, being a public nuisance – and the most embarrassing charge ever – criminally annoying others!
During the hearing, TMZ writes that the judge called out Snooki for being a “Lindsay Lohan wannabe” after the reality star pled guilty to her charges stemming from a drunken afternoon spent on Seaside Heights beach.
While under the influence, Snooki face-planted as she attempted to ride a bicycle and was seen continuously using a beer bong. She has since sworn off drinking – in the afternoon anyway.
Addressing the court, Snooki said that she was “very embarrassed” and that she had never found herself in this kind of situation before.
Though the Judge called Snooki’s actions “rude and self-indulgent” perhaps he agreed with her claims that she was “too pretty” for jail. Her charges carried a maximum sentence of 90 days in the clink, but Snooki was able to get away with 2 days community service and a $533 fine.
