Fashion’s Night Out 2010: Party Preview!
Starting tomorrow the biggest names in fashion and quite a few celebrities will be out and about in New York City for the second annual Fashion’s Night Out.
However, you won’t need to secure a spot on the A-list or devise a cunning plan to sneak past security to get in to any of these events – they’re all open to the public!
Here’s a quick look at just a few of the models – and celebrities – who will be making appearances:
At Ralph Lauren’s Soho store, Jessica Alba will be shopping and taking in a performance by singer Janelle Monae.
Bergdorf Goodman shoppers can expect to see Victoria Beckham, Nicole Richie, and Gossip Girl’s Kelly Rutherford browsing the racks of designer duds.
Bar Refaeli will show Fashion’s Night Out attendees how to pose – and will likely pose for a few pictures with them as well – at Armani’s 5th Avenue store, while Olivia Palermo will be giving out her posing tips at Henri Bendel.
Project Runway’s Tim Gunn will be signing copies of his new book, and judging a window styling contest at Kate Spade.
Other celebs you can expect to see in New York Friday night? Rosario Dawson (Bottega Veneta), Christina Ricci (Jeffrey New York), Sarah Silverman (MAC), Joss Stone (Macy’s), Karen Elson (Balenciaga) and Robin Thicke (Hugo Boss).
