Reps for Penelope Cruz and her husband, Javier Bardem have confirmed to the world what we already knew – they’re having a baby!
Penelope was snapped while filming Pirates of the Caribbean in Puerto Rico, sporting a flowing top that seemed to show off a possible baby bump. That picture (right) again sparked speculation that the actress was expecting, and finally her rep told PEOPLE magazine that Penelope is in fact 4 and a half months pregnant.
Javier and Penelope quietly wed in July, amidst reports that the couple wanted to get married before the arrival of their new baby – however, reps for Penelope initially denied claims she was with child, saying there was no way she would get pregnant right before filming an action movie.
Though now we know that she would!
Twirlit first reported the news of Penelope’s pregnancy two months ago, and we stand by our opinion that the pair will no doubt have a beautiful baby! So Javier and Penelope – congrats! (Again.)
