Brad Womack: Petition to NOT Have Brad Womack as Bachelor Again!

As a true fan of ABC’s Bachelor/Bachelorette shows, I can honestly say that I’m completely and utterly shocked (and incredibly disappointed) to hear that Brad Womack is very likely going to become the new Bachelor.

Fans of the show will remember Brad as the insincere, boring heartbreaker who sent both DeAnna Pappas and Jenni Croft home during the finale of his season (season 11) in 2007.

Sure, you can’t blame Brad for not falling in love with one of the 25 women but the way Brad handled the situation pissed off fans (not to mention the ladies) and destroyed his reputation.

Instead of nicely explaining to each woman why he couldn’t be with them, Brad sent Jenni home and made it seem as though he was going to pick DeAnna. He told her he just sent Jenni home and led her on to believe she was going to be the one he chose and then quickly flipped a switch and sent her home.

What on earth would make ABC think any fan would want to see Brad, 37, get the opportunity to fall in love on TV again?

According to RealitySteve (who has predicted everything on the Bachelor/Bachelorette seasons since the beginning) the decision is almost a done deal. He tweeted: “Not a rumor anymore. Brad Womack will be the next Bachelor. Expect them to officially announce it later this week, if not tonight on DWTS.”

I can honestly say I will not be watching the new season if Brad Womack is chosen to be the next Bachelor.

Is anyone else with me?

If so, please leave your comments below and we will email them to ABC.
