Brad Womack IS the New Bachelor: Will You be Watching?
Brad Womack broke the hearts of both DeAnna Pappas and Jenni Croft in the finale of his season of The Bachelor and now he’s back to crush the hearts of 25 new women. In one of the most questionable decisions ABC has ever made, Brad Womack will have the chance to find love with 25 new women.
I’m not sure whether the 25 women signing up for this season know that Brad will be the man handing out the roses but I’d be surprised if 25 women volunteered to go on the show if that was the case. Brad will likely end up having more women voluntarily leave the show than any other season.
Most fans are furious that Brad was chosen to become The Bachelor again. Some hold resentment for the way he handled his situation the first time around while others felt as though he was dull and boring to watch week after week. I personally felt both.
I can completely understand if Brad didn’t find love in the 25 women from his season and I actually respect the fact that he didn’t choose one of them just for the sake of portraying a happy ending to fans. What I don’t understand is why he led DeAnna on to believe that he was going to pick her (telling her he sent Jenni home during the finale episode so DeAnna thought she was the one he wanted to be with) and not offering any explanation to DeAnna on the After the Rose Ceremony.
Furthermore, Brad was by far one of the most boring and unenthusiastic Bachelors in the history of the show and I would rather watch paint dry than watch week after week to see if he finds love.
Sorry, ABC, but this is one Bachelor fan that WON’T be watching this season. And I have a feeling there are many more who feel the same way.
Will you be watching Brad’s second season of The Bachelor?
