Christina Aguilera Cheated on Jordan Bratman?
After announcing their separation earlier this week, Christina Aguilera officially filed for divorce from her husband, Jordan Bratman on Thursday. TMZ obtained the singer’s divorce petition, and notes that she cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split.
“It’s an interesting twist,” TMZ writes, “since sources tell us Christina is the one who cheated.”
Sources close to the couple told the website that Christina and Jordan’s marriage fell apart after she cheated on her husband. Her reps have refused to comment on the story.
According to the divorce documents, Christina and Jordan have a pre-nup, with the divorce petition requesting that Christina’s earnings and accumulations before, during and after the date of separation be considered as separate property. She’s also looking to terminate Jordan’s ability to request spousal support.
The date of separation is listed as September 11, 2010.
Christina and Jordan are seeking joint physical and legal custody of their 2-year old son, Max.
