Taylor Swift may have a new older man to sing about. Days after she raised eyebrows for writing about John Mayer in “Dear John,” The Huffington Post reports that the 20 year-old country singer may be romantically involved with Jake Gyllenhaal. According to Life & Style magazine, the pair was spotted in Brooklyn, NY, yesterday. “Taylor and Jake were walking around Park Slope holding hands,” said an eyewitness. “They looked like a couple!”
I certainly second Taylor’s taste – and I’m guessing he’ll be more mature than that Jonas brother who broke her heart, but Jake is 29! A 9-year age difference may not be that big in Hollywood or the music industry, but remember that Taylor isn’t even old enough to drink. She was born in 1989. Is anyone else kinda creeped out by this?? Sigh. Maybe I’m just jealous.
As for Jake, his most recent relationship was with actress Reese Witherspoon; the two split 10 months ago. Reese has moved onto talent agent Jim Toth, who is reportedly shopping for an engagement ring.

I DISAGREE Taylor Swift is down to earth besty, and even though I also think that 9 years is wayyy to far apart I am happy that Taylor is getting into a social relationship.
