Audrina Patridge Eliminated from Dancing With the Stars!
Despite a second place finish on Monday’s Dancing with the Stars, reality star Audrina Patridge was sent to the hills after Tuesday night’s results show.
“I had so much fun this entire experience and made such good new friends,” she said, also thanking the judges and her fans. “It’s been a fun journey.”
Audrina and her dance partner Tony Dovolani earned 24 points out of a possibly 30 for their rock-inspired paso doble on Monday, but despite their high score, judge Len Goodman told Audrina that she was “getting on [his] nerves a bit.”
Apparently, the audience agreed.
Though she proved to be a technically sound dancer, Audrina failed to deliver the emotion required to form a connection with the judges and the audience.
Judges’ favorite and show front-runner Jennifer Grey also faced elimination on Tuesday night’s show. But with Audrina forced to hang up her dancing shoes, fans are now predicting a Jennifer-Brandy dance-off in the finale.
After the show, Audrina again thanked her fans via Twitter.
“Thank you to everyone for all of your support and votes!! J I’ve had an unforgettable experience on dwts and the journey does not end here… Going to miss everyone on the show L”
