Leann Rimes is making headlines this week after sitting down for an exclusive interview with Robin Roberts to talk about her childhood, her career and her personal relationship with Eddie Cibrian. But Leann isn’t the only one opening up about the emotional turmoil suffered after two marriages ended and one new romance began. Eddie’s ex-wife (the one he cheated on with Leann) is also opening up – again – about what she thinks of her ex-husband’s new girlfriend.
Brandi took to her Twitter account to make a statement referring to Leann and Eddie’s cheating ways:
“You can’t “steal” a man that isn’t willing to go,” she writes. “Although there is a respectful way to go about it. Especially when kids are involved.”
A good point brought forward by Brandi. I don’t think anyone would ever ask Eddie to stay with Brandi if he wasn’t happy (just like no one would expect Leann to stay with Dean if she wasn’t happy) but they could have ended their relationships in a mature way before cheating on people who trusted them dearly.
And as much as we think Brandi needs to let it go and stop talking about Leann on her Twitter account, Leann has to stop milking the situation and get back to work. Making money off of exclusive interviews where you re-hash all of the negative things you’ve done in your life is no way to make a comeback, Leann.
