Miranda Kerr W Magazine Pregnant Photo Sparks Controversy!
What do Miranda Kerr, Britney Spears, Claudia Schiffer, Demi Moore, Christina Aguilera and Cindy Crawford all have in common? Besides being extremely hot, wildly successful female celebrities, each of the women listed above has posed pregnant (and nude) on the cover of a prestigious magazine.
Victoria’s Secret model Miranda Kerr is the latest femme to grace the cover of a magazine while showing off her baby bump. The brunette beauty, who recently married Orlando Bloom, posed for the cover of W Magazine where she proves that she can look absolutely stunning regardless of shape or size.
While the photo is undeniably sexy, many are criticizing Miranda for posing nude while pregnant. Likely the same people who criticized everyone from Demi Moore to Britney Spears for pushing the boundaries years ago, these individuals feel as though a pregnancy should be private and personal and not exposed for the world in order to gain more money and fame.
Personally, I think each of the photos below were tastefully done and prove to the world that a pregnant body is a piece of art. Do I want to see each and every pregnant woman walking down the street in a hot bra and bootie shorts to prove to the world that expecting moms can be sexy too? Definitely not. But there is a time and a place for everything and I think these professionally-taken pictures are beautiful.
