Bristol Palin may win the mirrorball trophy Tuesday night, as Dancing with the Stars’ worst most controversial contestant to date has found herself in the finals of the popular reality show.
For many Dancing with the Stars fans, this isn’t good news – Bristol has managed to edge out many more talented performers, including early frontrunner Brandy last week, causing one man to shoot his television set.
Dude, it’s not the TV’s fault! It’s fan votes – and Bristol has proven she’s got the popularity, even if she doesn’t have all the moves.
However there are some crazy people who aren’t happy that Sarah Palin’s daughter remains on the show. So crazy unhappy that they’re sending death threats to the Dancing with the Stars studio!
Extra security has been ordered for the show’s finale, and execs are even talking about breaking format and doing Bristol and partner Mark Ballas’ interview in the studio where it’s more secure, instead of outside in Times Square, TMZ reports.
“Everyone is genuinely worried. This is a dance competition, and it’s just gotten crazy,” a source said.
Dancing with the Stars will crown a winner tonight on the show’s season finale. Will it be Bristol, Jennifer Grey, or Kyle Massey? Watch their final performances on Twirlit!

By having Bristol reaching this point may have put her life in danger, but do they care, hell no.Ratings are up.The show is a disgrace.
If you don’t like the show, don’t watch it. I love it, especially because it is the vote of the people! How can you argue with that???
its horrible to threaten ones life. Bristol really had not shown much improvement but she tries hard.But the DWTS host & camera don’t make matters better. You can’t laugh & joke it away. It can anger the person or persons more, decideding to wait for the right moment. Don’t egg them on,its stupied to keep putting camera on the Palin family and making little jokes about some of the people hatred. God forbid if this person or persons successful later in hurting or killing.I would blame them for making matters worse.

The thing seems unfairly slanted toward Palin but knock it off with the hate of her as a person and idiotic death threats.
Somehow a great family show has been tainted and turned into a political turnoff with improper voting and manuevering, Thanks ABC.
I used to love watching DWTS ( not this season )after a hard day at work. NOW,it’s been nothing but aggravation.Who needs that? When Brandy was voted off, that did it. I no longer will watch this political Palin reality show. I resented having Sarah Palin pushed in my face.The judges were way to generous with Palin and her scores ,they helped keeping her on. Very unfair, you wait for the best last three and this is what we got. I hope Max doesn’t go back to DWTS,they don’t deserve him. And I’d like to know how it was weighed that more Republicans over Democrats watch this now of a joke show?
@Stella… wow, really? They didn’t show the Palin family any more than the familes of the other contestants. Probably a little bit less, in fact. You just don’t like the Palin family, so you focused on that. I’m not fans of theirs, either… but to be fair and objective… Bristol worked extremely hard, maintained her dignity while a lot of people put her down constantly, and genuinely improved. I don’t think she should have stayed longer than Brandy, that was wrong… if you’re looking at their dancing. But I have to say this… I was a Brandy & Max fan from the first week, and loved their dancing the entire time… but got totally tired of their indignant and argumentative attitude. Love your dancing and you’re absolutely stunning, Maks… get a little humility and listen to the judges, and I’ll start voting for you again. Take a page from Lacey’s book… she was actually pretty sassy and argumentative when she first came on the show, but she’s mellowed and listens to the judges a LOT more now. Her dancing has always been amazing, but I like her a lot more now and vote for her a lot more now. It’s a dance show AND a popularity contest, people… get over it and play the game by the rules or don’t play at all.
My husband watched the show for the very first time last night. He did not know any of the contestants and found it hard to believe that Jennifer Grey was the cute funny nose girl from dirty Dancing. He made the comment that the “girl in red” did the best on her dance. Yes, that would be Palin. He looked at it objectively and not on who had scored what or who they were during the season. My favorite was Kyle. I loved him!!!!
