Mariah Carey Expecting Twins?
Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon have made no secret of their desire to have a baby. So it was hardly a surprise when the singer and her husband sat down for an interview with Billy Bush to reveal that Mariah was in fact pregnant. (We sooo knew it!)
However, now we hear that the pop star could be pregnant times two, as X17 Online reports that Mariah and Nick are actually expecting twins!
While promoting her new holiday album, Merry Christmas II You, the ‘Hero’ singer was asked by Radio Disney’s Ernie D about giving birth so close to the holidays.
“I just hope they don’t turn out hating Christmas!” she replied [emphasis mine].
Oops! Sounds to us that Mariah let it slip that she’s pregnant with twins!
The news is no doubt doubly exciting for the couple, who previously revealed that they had suffered a miscarriage soon after their marriage. “It was really sad, so we really had to absorb this and take it in,” the singer told Billy Bush during their October interview.
Now however, Mariah and Nick are happier than ever and are excitedly awaiting the birth of their new baby (babies?) early next year.
