Lindsay Lohan won’t be trying to paso doble her way back into the hearts of Americans anytime soon.
Despite rumors that the troubled starlet was in talks to join the popular reality show ‘Dancing with the Stars,’ Lindsay’s rep says it’s not going to happen. “She’s not doing ‘Dancing with the Stars’” her publicist told New York Daily News on Wednesday.
Recent reports published on Radar Online claimed the actress was “definitely interested and considering being on the show,” adding that “Lindsay’s treatment team thinks ‘Dancing with the Stars’ would be a perfect transition back to work for her.”
But that’s not the first time that the troubled actress and the dancing reality show have been linked. Back in August, ‘The Daily Beast’ reported that network executives were trying everything to get Lindsay to cha-cha on the dance floor.
They got Bristol Palin instead.
Sure the show has Bristol to thank for the highest season finale ratings in three years, but I have a feeling that Lindsay could do even better. Besides, she can’t be a worse dancer.
Maybe Lindsay will reconsider? Though it’s more likely we’ll end up having to watch Dina instead.
