The 2011 Golden Globe Awards took place last night and, as with every event in Hollywood, everyone is talking about the red carpet fashion this morning.
Overall, this year was very disappointing on the red carpet (in my opinion, of course). Many ladies veered away from classic and elegant and opted for old-fashioned numbers with long sleeves and shoulder pads.
Some of my favorite fashionistas simply failed to impress last night (Michelle Williams and Natalie Portman to name a few) earning them a spot on our worst dressed list of 2011.
Other fashion flops of the night include Jennifer Love Hewitt in a light blue floor-length gown that had too much flare in the bust, Julianne Hough whose dress looked like it belonged on someone twice her age and Scarlett Johansson who donned a skin-colored gown that did absolutely nothing for her figure.
Sorry ladies, but if you see your pick below, you’re one of Twirlit’s worst dressed at the 2011 Golden Globes.
