Kim Kardashian’s racy W Magazine spread hit newsstands back in October – but we’re just now finding out how upset the reality star was about the level of nudity. According to The New York Post, on last night’s episode of Kourtney and Kim Take New York, Kim was reduced to tears about the spread.
Kim thought that her naked body would be “obscured” by silver paint and words. Kourtney pointed out: ”I thought you were over the naked shoots?” (Kim once appeared in Playboy, which she has later said she regretted.)
Kim insisted the shoot would be different: “Even though I agreed to pose nude, I will be fully covered in artwork,” she explained. But when she peeked at Mark Seliger’s photos and saw that she looked even more naked than she did in Playboy, she burst into tears. ”This is just absurd. This is serious porn!”
“I’m definitely not getting naked or taking my clothes of again, not even if it’s Vogue,” Kim said. “OK – maybe if it’s Vogue.” Then, by the end of the episode, Kim said she was “glad” she did the W shoot. Huh? It seems like Kim can’t decide if taking her clothes off is good or bad for her career…but based on the internet excitement about a magazine spread from October, I think we know the answer!
