Remember Alex Brown Photos: Justin Bieber Shows Support

Alex Brown is the 17-year-old girl who died after her pickup truck crashed and landed on her after she lost control while texting and driving.

Last night while many of Hollywood’s hottest celebrities attended the SAG Awards, Justin Bieber and Emma Roberts (along with NASCAR stars Carl Edwards and Greg Biffle) joined ABC’s Extreme Makeover Edition in an episode dedicated to helping the parents of Alex Brown rebuild their home.

Volunteers met at the Brown home in Lubbock, Texas to makeover their home, which now consists of Alex parent’s and Alex’s 12-year-old sister Katrina.

On the day Alex died, her parents immediately started the Remember Alex Brown Foundation. “I chose to do it that day at the hospital,” her dad explains. “We have to put the truck [the one Alex crashed] on a trailer and we have to go to schools and tell people about the dangers of texting and driving.”
