Less than a year ago, Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry seemed to be the perfect couple. They both had successful careers, they seemed in love and they were raising their daughter Nahla together. When they decided to take some time apart, everything changed.
This week, Halle and Gabrielle are fighting a very public battle over custody of their young daughter.
Aubry sparked the war by hiring lawyers in both Canada and California to help win custody while Halle released a public statement yesterday claiming she has “serious concerns for her daughter’s well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her.”
Sources told RadarOnline.com that Gabriel will “actively be pursuing sole custody” of their daughter.
It’s an all out battle over poor Nahla.
