There have been many rumors swirling around that Britney Spears may actually perform at the 2011 Grammys. A performance by the pop princess would mark the first on-stage live televised awards show routine since her disastrous performance at the 2007 VMAs (see video below) and the kick-off to her 2011 album release.
The speculation surrounding a possible performance has not been confirmed or denied by Britney’s camp but a new post on Brit’s Twitter account teases that the performance might be a go!

As most fans already know, Spears has been hitting the dance studio hard this past month. While her body doesn’t exactly look stage-ready just yet, she still has a few weeks left to get it together.
The 2011 Grammy Awards will air on February 13 live from the Staples Center on CBS.
