If you’re like me, you get more excited about the superbowl commercials than the game itself. This year, a pint-sized Darth Vader named Max Page had everyone smiling. Check out his Darth Vader Super Bowl commercial for Volkswagen:
The six year-old appeared on The Today Show this morning to reveal the little man behind the mask and talk about his newfound fame. Not the most chatty kid…but he’s pretty adorable! Check it out:

As Matt Lauer points out, over 10 million people had watched the ad online before the game even started. “I can’t even keep up with the messages and the calls,” Max’s mother Jennifer explained.
What were your favorite ads this year?

The VW spot is a mega hit for sure. They hit it out of the park. Interesting that a shorter version aired during the game, almost begging for you to watch the longer version on You Tube’s adblitz channel. The longer versions of a lot of the ads are better, I think. Mini’s spot went by so fast during the game it almost didn’t register. The longer one is better. All in all, a good year for the spots. And yea Green Bay!
I’ve tried a DOZEN TIMES to watch the video – all it does is play the stupid commercial!!! Look, here’s how the internet works: click on thing, never see thing, never come back. kthnxbai-
