Lindsay Lohan Charged Officially, Jail Bound?
Lindsay Lohan’s fate is now in the hands of the court after she was officially charged with felony grand theft with bail set at a whopping $20,000 for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store.
We’re pretty sure her family will find some way to scrape up the money to free poor Lilo but the Mean Girls star has been ordered to appear in Airport Court in Los Angeles at 1:30pm today.
According to RadarOnline, people interested in the case can expect that Lindsay’s probation will be immediately revoked and she will be formally arraigned on the single charge. Their source says that, at that time “she will be expected to enter a plea of either guilty or not guilty.”
Spoiler alert: Lindsay will enter the plea of not guilty? How do we know? Once a liar, always a liar and Lindsay has been denying everything since the beginning.
Here’s what will happen: she’ll spew off some hateful comment about how the justice system is out to get her, shed a few insincere tears and walk out of the courtroom a free woman sporting a big F-U to everyone on her way out.
