Fans of ABC’s hit show The Bachelor have been watching Brad Womack form relationships with hot bachelorettes for the past 8 weeks. Brad has narrowed the field down to three (or two depending on when you’re reading this) and the highly anticipated finale is just a few weeks away.
What’s going to happen for the remainder of the season?
Well, that answer seemed to be written in stone before today. Before today, the reputable Reality Steve was dead on with each of his spoilers. He told us who was going to go home each episode, who would go on the one-on-one dates and who Brad would pick in the end. But all that changed this morning when Reality Steve dropped the bomb that he was wrong when he reported who Brad picks on the finale.
Up until today, everyone thought it was Chantal O’Brien. Apparently, that’s not the case at all.
Who Wins The Bachelor 2011?
If you haven’t watched tonight’s episode you don’t know that Ashley Hebert goes home. She’s sent packing after the fantasy dates which leaves Chantal and Emily Maynard in the finale. (On a side note, how annoying was Emily during her date – if she said the words dear Lord, good gracious, shut up or you know one more time I would have thrown my wine glass through my television!). Now that that’s off my chest, let’s get to the more important stuff.
After today, I can now exclusively reveal (via Reality Steve) that Brad picks Emily Maynard and sends Chantal home brokenhearted on the final episode (although take it for what it is – no one will really know until the finale airs, right?).
Are Brad and Emily Engaged?
According to sources, Brad Womack is engaged to Emily Maynard and Emily has put her house up for sale in order to move closer to Brad (not sure if they’re moving in together).
As always, the spoilers remain speculation at this point but RS is reporting that Brad Definitely picks Emily (which means he’ll also be a stepdad to her daughter Ricki.
Now that you know the updated spoilers (sorry for leading you astray the whole season but, hey, better late than never, right?) are you happy to hear that Brad doesn’t pick Chantal but picks Emily instead?

I love love love Emily and that Brad calls her Em. He will be the only father little rick will know and I think he will be wonderful! Come on Brad !
I don’t like Emily. She is soooo boring. He is better suited with Chantal. I cannot see them lasting very long. I woud prefer him with Michelle than Emily. Emily is like watching paint drying. Boring!

Brad and Emily are not only adorable together but also fthe same amount of boringness – I have found Brad to be BEYOND boring this whole season, so they are perfect for each other!!
Emily is a beautiful sweet lady and I see a long future for her and Brad. She has come a long way in opening up and I’m sure she will continue. I think she wants to open up more but camera shyness can keep one from exposing a bunch.

All I have to say is that Reality Steve is a jerk. He may think he’s cute and funny, but he’s not. Incidentally, I saw your video and you can’t dance either – JERK.
I really hope that it is Emily that he chooses. I think they make a very sweet couple, I also think she will keep him grounded. Love them both and wish them both all the happiness in the world.

I really love Emily, she is such a southern bell but……I just don’t see the two of them ending up together. I see Brad as a Chantal type..we shall see.

Brad & Emily are not boring…they are normal!!! Ya know…how people are “supposed” to be & not loud mouth idiot train wrecks that we have all become way to accustomed to with reality tv. I think they make a beatuiful/special couple. He’d be stupid to not pick her…she’s priceless. I love watching their love story unfold…sooo sweet (& refreshingly innocent for a change!!)
Emily will be great to have around for yard work. She looks like she can make chomping vegetation easy with that top set of teeth she has… I agree they are both BORING and can sit around staring stupidly at each other. How romantic!

IF the spoilers are true that Brad picks Emily..then I am VERY disappointed! I wanted him to choose Chantal! Oh well, he has to live with his decision and it is his to make. AND, Ashley for the next Bachelorette? I think I’ll skip that season!!
Hope RS’s update is wrong and it’s still Chantal. I don’t see how Brad, being 14 yrs. older than Emily, and running a string of bars and night spots in Texas will mesh well with Emily staying at home putting the kid to bed. Brad will still be at the bar/bars until all hours with the “buds”. Chantal is quick, funny, strong willed, drop dead gorgeous, rich, educated, and has the adult supervision this dude needs. She’s also closer in age. Emily is great, but I just don’t see her life with Brad working out. Actually, neither may work, but I’d give better chances to Chantal than Emily. She could almost be his daughter! If Brad doesn’t pick Chantal, I think he’s a dirtbag in the extreme. She told him early on that she was in love with him, and he seemed treat her much more tenderly than the other. She said several times for him to send her home if he didn’t feel the same. If he really didn’t have love for her, and he strung he along to the end, he’s even a bigger A-hole than I thought. Chantal is the best and wish her the best and hope she finds true love again soon if she’s not the one.
Susan, if you have anything bad to say about Emily than you are CLEARLY just jealous of her. She is drop dead gorgeous and as sweet as anything. Chantel is an emotional wreck and looked fat and ugly in that red grandma dress she wore during the past seasons rose ceremony.
I agree with Tom! Brad’s an A-HOLE. Chantel is much better for him than Em. I don’t see him being the ready made family type. It won’t work if he ends up with Emily!!
Susan you’re such a “simpleton”. I hope you’re “drop dead gorgeous” because apparently that’s all you have going for you. The fact is that we don’t know these ladies and our opinions are just assumptions. Let’s act as adults here and not refer to anyone as fat, ugly and emotional. Looks are important and Chantal is beautiful. Apart from looks, other valuable attributes are intelligence, education, kindness, a sense of humor and fun to be with. Of course you wouldn’t know this. Let’s treat all the women with the respect they deserve. This is just a show and this too shall pass.
Brad’s an “A-HOLE” because he is “stringing Chantel along”?
I think Brad seems like a good guy, and yes, he’s no Einstein, but I think he would do well with either woman. I do think Chantel would be an easier transition, but hey, he’s got to have two women on the show to pick one. Chantel can’t determine when she goes home, unless she leaves like Ally did last year.

I don’t think anyone really knows the outcome. Will have to wait and see. Either was, these relationships hardly ever work out. Brad does’nt seem to be all that confident about his emotions anyway. If Brad doesn’t pick Emily then why did he fall in love with her and she him. You can see it and even feel it when you watch the two of them. It’s great to share this love story.

Down here in Texas we LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE Emily. She is so stinkin’ cute. She has a genuine heart and Chantel is fat and annoying. I think Emily is very mature and ready to settle down. If Brad is not ready to have a family right now he should not choose Emily since there is a child involved.If he is ready to have a steady relationship and enjoy life until he is ready to settle then he can pick Chantal.
Love Chantal…she has life, spunk, fire in her. She is gorgeous,bright and charming. She in madly in love with Brad and I don’t want to see her heart broken….she really seems to love him from the start. Life will not be boring with her…Emily, on the other hand…hard to figure. Chantal wears her heart on her sleeves.. I like that. What you see is what you get. I’m always nervous around people who are not open…Never know what’s lurking..
I believe that Chantal is in love with being in love and is not mature enough for Brad. Also, Chantal is very ambtious, like her family, and is in it to win it. So, I believe Emily will be the sweet gal Brad is looking for.
I am going to be completely honest. I feel like him and Chantal are extremely comfortable around each other. Which is the only reason I am not for sure on Emily. With Emily though, he gets giddy, and nervous. Which is normal when you are getting to know some one only after 9 weeks. I just feel like Emily and Brad will have a deeper, connected relationship because of the giddy, lovey feeling they both have. Just my opinion.
