Jon Cryer is Charlie Sheen’s New Target: Melanie Lynskey and Others Are Not!

Jon Cryer, the better half of the “Two” from Two and a Half Men has recently become the new target of Charlie Sheen’s tirades, with Sheen referring to his former co-star as a “traitor” and a “troll.”

Charlie told E! Online “Jon has not called me. He’s a turncoat, a traitor, a troll….Is it going to take me calling him a traitor juvenile and scared for him to get it?”

The delusional former actor gave praise to his other former costars Angus T. Jones (who played the young kid, Jake on the show), Conchata Ferrell (who played housekeeper Berta), Melanie Lynskey (who played the charming Rose) and Marin Hinkle (who played Jon Cryer’s ex-wife Judith). Charlie says these people re “not trolls” because they’ve tried to show their support by reaching out.

Jon isn’t the only costar who has yet to publicly show his support for the star. Holland Taylor, who plays Charlie’s mom Evelyn Harper on the hit series, was not mentioned in Charlie’s list of people who have reached out to him.

While Charlie continues to throw insults at Cryer for not supporting him (really, can you blame him, you’re a freaking nutcase, Charlie) Jon insists he has tried contact him but declines to make any public comments out of respect.

In closing, Charlie had this statement for E! Online regarding his former castmate:

“When I’m starring in multimillion-dollar films and he’s begging me for a supporting role, I’ll say, ‘You left me out in the cold with all of your guilt and stupidity.’”

I highly doubt anyone will be willing to hire an unstable, disrespectful, has-been actor to star in a multimillion dollar film but if he’s delusional enough to believe it might happen, then I won’t be the one to crush his dreams.

Who’s side are you on: Charlie Sheen’s or Jon Cryer’s?

Update: Holland Taylor just released this statement, defending Charlie’s character:

“Charlie was cordial and polite with all of his cast mates and crew, sometimes even courtly — and always witty,” Taylor said Tuesday in an e-mail to The Associated Press. “We watched movies at his house occasionally — warm evenings with interesting, spirited conversation. This is the guy I know.

She continued: “In this very sad and complicated time, I really have no comment, beyond valuing my own history with Charlie, and my abiding affection for him.”
