Judge Judy Sheindlin Will Return to Show After Hospitalization

It’s a healthy verdict for Judge Judy Sheindlin, who was rushed to the hospital Wednesday morning after she became ill while taping her daytime court show. The Los Angeles Times reports that Judge Judy even took to Twitter to joke about the incident. “I’ll be back taping April 18th,” she said. “All my tests were negative. I feel fine!”

“I asked my doc what was wrong with me,” Judy said,” “and he said ‘ummm..’ umm is not an answer! I’ll be okay guys!… Fired the doc though, telling me ‘ummm..,’ not an answer u fool!” I’m glad to see her sickness hasn’t changed her sense of humor.

Judy’s spokesman Gary Rosen, said that “all of the tests are negative, and she’s going home tomorrow.” It’s not clear why Judy had to go to the hospital in the first place.

Judy, 68, has been hosting Judge Judy – the top-rated daytime show in the US – since 1996. In July 2010, she signed a contract promising her $45 million per year. That’s a lot of money for her legal sass!
