On Friday, Lady Gaga appeared on The Paul O’Grady show with a whole new hairdo or lack thereof, I should say. The star is now bald. Yeah for realsy – like we’re talking Sinead O’ Connor styles.
The Born This Way star played the piano on the smoke-filled stage wearing dark glasses and a bald head. Almost at the end of her performance she grabs a green wig that had been sitting on her piano and plops it on top of her head.
I’m sure there’s a metaphor somewhere – but quite frankly I’ve reached my Gaga quotient for the year. Between the penis shoes, the 6 foot high heel she played on, and the crazy embryo pod ridiculousness we’ve had to endure I’m starting to experience Gaga nausea.
So what did fans have to say about the new look? On Twitter it seemed that fans immediately began to compare her look to Britney Spear’s a few years ago. Remember when Brit Brit showed up at a hair salon and began to shave her head in front of the photogs?
