Last night all the contestants performed for the semi-finals round, and tonight one member of each team will be eliminated. For Team Christina that means that Beverly McClellan or Frenchie Davis will go home tonight.
Last night Beverly McClellan wowed the crowd with B.B. King’s “The Thrill is Gone” while Frenchie Davis performed Madonna’s “Like a Prayer”. I was a little confused as to why Frenchie kept saying that was out of her element. Her voice sounded phenomenal for the song and she took it to a whole new level. Seemed that she was trying to create some suspense and drama in my opinion. Beverly McClellan, on the other hand, played the piano for the first half of her performance and then stood up and sang for the crowd the way only Beverly can do for the second half. All in all they were both great performances.

While, I did love Frenchie Davis performance this time around, Beverly McClellan has been a favorite since day one. I WANT to see an album come out of her, so for me this was an easy decision.

UNFORTUNATELY BEVERLY WON….WHO JUST SCREAMS HER SONGS AND SOUNDS ANNOYING..SHE ALWAYS LOOKS LIKE SHE IS HAVING A SEIZURE WHEN SHE IS “TRYING” TO SING AND HOLD A NOTE…SHE IS THE WORST SINGER OF THE COMPETION AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN GONE A LONG TIME AGO!
