Rachel Weisz and Daniel Craig Have Secret Wedding!
James Bond completed a special secret mission last week – getting married! According to MTV News, Bond star Daniel Craig and actress Rachel Weisz wed in secret in New York last week. Just four people were in attendance: Rachel’s 5-year-old son, Henry, whom she had with her ex, director Darren Aronofsky, Daniel’s 18-year-old daughter, Ella, and two friends of the couple who acted as witnesses.
“Daniel and Rachel insisted on having a small, quiet wedding,” said a source quoted by News of the World. “They are madly in love and couldn’t wait to be husband and wife — but they wanted minimum fuss. They had a couple of friends as witnesses and their children from previous relationships and that was it.”
Rachel and Daniel haven’t been together that long; Rachel split from Darren and Daniel split from his ex, producer Satsuki Mitchell, only last year. Romance began swirling when Rachel and Daniel filmed the thriller Dream House. Rachel will also appear in another thriller, The Whistleblower, which opens August 5.
