Brad Womack and Emily Maynard “No Longer Engaged” – Emily Confirms Split!
Brad Womack and Emily Maynard’s relationship has been the subject of media attention for the past few months but fans have finally received the closure they need to move on now that they’ve officially announced their split.
As many of you already know, Emily sat down for an exclusive interview with Chris Harrison this weekend. The interview will air on July 11 but many already knew the status of the relationship after Brad decided not to show up for the interview.
After Emily taped the interview, she revealed exclusively to PEOPLE that she and Brad were no longer together.
“We’re no longer engaged,” she finally confirmed, putting the rumors to rest.
And Emily wasn’t the only one releasing an exclusive statement this week. Brad also told PEOPLE that “the demise of our relationship was completely my fault.”
Maybe so but Emily is refusing to put the blame all on Brad.
“Just because we love each other doesn’t mean we’re right for each other,” she said.
Seems like the newly-single 25-year-old mom is aligning herself perfectly for the position of the next Bachelorette.
