Emma Stone isn’t the only one showing off her bod in Vanity Fair. According to E! News, 38 year-old Gwyneth Paltrow appears topless (and tasteful, obvi) in the special jewelry section of the mag’s August issue, wearing nothing but fishnets and gorgeous Louis Vuitton jewels.
Gwyneth has had two kids – but is looking pretty svelte. She’s very open about her struggles with fitness, diet, motherhood and stress in her newsletter, GOOP. She once referred to the flab on her upper arms as her “bat wings” – but it looks like Pilates has beaten them flat! “I’m very strict with myself,” she says of working out. “When I practice six days a week and eat clean food, I feel much better.”
This week, she also talked about stress: “I have never been very good at handling stress (though a bit of meditation helps),” she said. One simple solution: take a breath. “Breathing is a beautiful and pure way of bringing yourself back into the moment, to not only push the play button again, but to refocus your energy.”
So it looks like I just need to breathe, buy some super expensive jewelry and then Photoshop out anything I don’t like. Simple!!
