Casey Anthony Sentencing 2011: Should She Walk Free Today?
The highly publicized Casey Anthony murder trial is quickly coming to a close this week after the jury read their verdict on Tuesday.
The 12-member jury came to a decision that Casey was not guilty on all counts of murder and only found her guilty on four counts of lying to police. Each count of lying can hold a maximum prison time of one year.

After the verdict was read, it was announced that Casey would be sentenced at 9am on Thursday. The judge will decide whether Casey will get jail time or walk out as a free woman today.
Should She Walk Free Today?
Those who honestly believe that Casey did not kill her daughter probably feel as though she should walk free today. She was only charged on four counts of lying to police and has already served 3 years in jail, which the judge may let her use as credit towards her sentencing.
However, those of us who believe Casey is guilty of killing her daughter (or at least had some part in her death) cringe at the thought that she might walk free.
Seems as though the opinion is split down the middle.
Do you think Casey Anthony should walk free today?
