Alleged Halle Berry Stalker Arrested

A man who has been allegedly stalking Halle Berry has been arrested. According to The Los Angeles Times, Richard A. Franco was arrested Monday night after jumping over the concrete wall at Halle’s home in the Hollywood Hills. Security cameras caught the incident on tape.

Franco is said to be an unemployed Los Angeles man and self-described community college student in his mid-20s. As soon as he jumped over the wall, he was approached by security guards, who called police. Franco cooperated with officers, who arrested him on suspicion of felony stalking.

According to TMZ, Franco has a long criminal record, including battery, felony car theft, felony vandalism and drug possession.

Unfortunately, this has happened to Halle before. In 2004, the Oscar winner got a restraining order against another alleged stalker.
