Forbes Releases Highest-Paid Actor List!
We all dream of finding a rich man to sweep us off our feet (I doubt those gorgeous Manolo Blahniks are comfortable, right?)…so who’s the richest man in Hollywood? Forbes has released its annual list of highest-earning actors. Here are the leading men leading the way in cash:
1. Leonardo DiCaprio – Leo moved up from his #5 spot last year, beating Johnny Depp for the first time. With Shutter Island and Inception, Leo earned a cool $77 million in 2010. Good news for Blake Lively, huh?
2. Johnny Depp – Maybe those Pirates movies are terrible, but they’re great for Johnny Depp, who raked in $50 million last year. Next up, you can see him in Dark Shadows, directed by Tim Burton.
3. Adam Sandler – This funny guy’s getting the last laugh, with his 2010 paychecks adding up to $40 million. His latest movie, Just Go With It, earned $214 million globally. I could go with that.
4. Will Smith – Since shifting his focus to his kids’ careers, Will hasn’t had as many movies at the box office – but he still made $36 million in 2010, much of it for Men in Black III, which hits theaters next year.
5. Tom Hanks – He may not have much of a future as a director (did you see Larry Crowne? Didn’t think so), but he still makes bank as an actor and the voice of Woody in the Toy Story films. Tom brought home $35 million last year!
