Heidi Montag & Spencer Pratt are Broke, Regretful
If Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt could relive the last few years, they’d do it a lot differently. In a new interview with The Daily Beast, the famewhoring pair sadly admitted that they’re completely broke.
“This isn’t a business,” said Spencer, 27. “That was the big thing I didn’t get: Reality TV is not a career. Anyone who says, ‘Oh, you can have a career in reality’ — that is a lie.” He also said that if MTV called and would pay him to go be a bully on Jersey Shore, he’d hop on a plane to Italy – but nobody’s calling.
Spencer and Heidi, 24, are totally broke after spending millions on clothes, cars, Heidi’s failed music career, and of course, more than a dozen plastic surgeries (that Heidi now regrets). “Sometimes I wish I could go back to the original Heidi,” she said. “I don’t want the biggest boobs in the world and, to be honest, I would take them out and downsize them but I don’t want to go under the knife again. I feel like I’m stuck with them now.”
Nowadays, Speidi (who claim they never actually broke up) are living at Spencer’s parents’ house in Santa Barbara, California. “We’re watching movies,” Heidi said. “I do a lot of laundry. A lot of laundry. We’re training our dogs, so I’m cleaning up less poop inside, which is great.” Hmm. Don’t you love how they don’t seem to be considering getting a job or even going back to school? And can’t they sell some of those fancy things they bought?
Sorry, Speidi. No sympathy here.
