Just when you thought the award for Sketchiest Celebrity Couple was going to have to find a new home, Kat Von D and Jesse James have announced that their engagement is back on.
Does their sudden reconciliation have anything to do with the fact that Kat’s reality show, LA Ink, was just cancelled? Those of us who are jaded enough to believe that a girl like Kat might go back to James solely for the purposes of keeping her face on TV and in People Magazine…. might be right. You don’t actually have to be that jaded to believe the worst of these two. Hopefully, if only for the sake of James’s daughter, who doesn’t deserve another unstable relationship in her life, these two will make it work.
They sure seem to be as passionately blind to reality as ever, particularly James, who told People Magazine:
“Sometimes you are only given one chance in life. It was up to me to open my eyes and see it. That girl is my chance. I will never stop fighting and striving to hold on to her. Showing her how special she is, and how much I love her.”
Shall we resist the temptation to point out that his best “chance” was another girl named Sandra, with whom he blew it, big time?
Nah.
This is news because? Talk about wanting to keep their names in front of people, People Magazine should be ashamed.
I lost a lot of respect for her. next thing you know, jesse is gonna cheat on her with a more heavily tattooed nazi chick
I just think that couple is disgusting. you can see the regret leaking from every pore in his face. He screwed up the best thing he ever had in his life with Sandra B. Very disappointed in him, but not nearly as much as he probably in with himself. Having been through a divorce, the amount of weight he must be carrying around has to be immense. It’s just sad from every corner.

I love them as a couple! Kat is awesome! And the show wasn’t canceled by tlc kat canceled the show her self! Maybe who wrote this article should get the facts straight!
