Bachelor Pad 2 fans are not only getting a chance to see this season’s contestants reunite on the finale special tonight but you’re also getting the first glimpse of Vienna Girardi after her nose job and Ella Nolan after her 5 plastic surgery procedures in one day.
That’s right, you read this correctly. Most us knew about Vienna’s nose job but it was only revealed last week that season favorite Ella had undergone a Heidi Montag-inspired plastic surgery overhaul and completely change her look.
After seeing Vienna on the finale, I have to admit she looks better. However, all the plastic surgery in the world isn’t going to make her a beautiful person on the insider so what’s on the outside is irrelevant to me.
As for Ella, I thought she was incredibly beautiful (inside and out) before the surgery. She’s still beautiful inside and out but she definitely didn’t need the surgery.
For those of you wondering, both Ella and Vienna had their surgeries done by and paid for by Eric Rose’s dad (obviously he’s a plastic surgeon) in exchange for publicity.

Honestly, I gasped when I saw Ella. She isn’t nearly as beautiful as she used to be. What a sad change. I also was surprised she did this. I didn’t see her as the type.
I am absolutely stunned that Ella did that to her self. She was a beautiful lady and not she looks awful. I hope she will look better once her face has had time to adjust to the surgery.
Both of you are so right. I didn’t know about the surgeries they both had until I read a comment somewhere and then Googled it. But as I was watching the show I didn’t see a difference in Vienna….I always thought she looked weird and not pretty……her eyes are too close together or they look in a different direction.
Throughout the live show last night, I noticed Ella and thought she looked off. I thought that it was maybe that she gained weight or that they were showing her too close up. And I thought that up close she did not look so pretty. Now I know it’s because of the plastic surgery she did…..definitely not a good move on her part. She lost her natural beauty….such a shame. Why do women do that to themselves? Take away their natural beauty and replace it with fake shit??? Way to go!!!!
I was much more shocked at Ella’s free 5 surgeries than Vienna having her nose done. I like Ella honestly I do but that was a little too much!
