Who Won Miss Universe 2011: Miss Angola But Did She Deserve It?
There were several gorgeous finalists in this year’s coveted Miss Universe 2011 pageant but did the most deserving woman take home the crown?
The top 10 finalists consisted of Miss Costa Rica, Miss Ukraine, Miss Brazil, Miss Philippines, Miss France, Miss Portugal (fan vote), Miss Panama, Miss Angola, Miss China and Miss Australia.
Miss USA made the top 16 but couldn’t seem to land a position in the Final 10. Alyssa Campanella was eliminated just shy of the Top 10 – a big disappointment for those rooting for Miss USA to win.
After the top 10 were announced, each woman participated in the evening gown competition. The field was then narrowed to the top 5.
The top 5 consisted of Miss Ukraine, Miss Brazil, Miss Angola, Miss China and Miss Philippines.
The runner up was Miss Ukraine and your Miss Universe 2011 winner is Miss Angola Leila Lopes!
