X Factor USA Feud with Simon Cowell and Nicole Scherzinger: Publicity Stunt?
X Factor USA fans are gearing up for another new episode tonight and many are expecting some serious fireworks between head judge Simon Cowell and newcomer Nicole Scherzinger.
The feud, in fact, already started brewing after Simon made some public comments today bashing Nicole:
“…I’m going to take responsibility for what she’s [contestant Stacy Frances] singing tonight. If she gets it wrong tonight I’ll take full responsibility – but this is more me than Nicole with Stacy this week, its been me guiding her.”
He continued by insulting Nicole’s mentoring abilities with LeRoy Bell:
“I don’t think Nicole’s connected with him. You have to get into a contestant’s head and I’m not sure she has done that yet.”
Nicole has remained relatively tight-lipped on the situation but we expect some catty comments on tonight’s show.
We’d also like to point out that these comments and the brewing feud between the judges just happens to fall on the same day that Fox announced the renewal of Season 2 of the show.
Coincidence or publicity stunt? This is reality TV, the answer to that question should be easy!
