Justin Bieber Paternity Suit: “Evidence will be Revealed in Court!”
Justin Bieber may have a Christmas album coming out for the holiday season but December might not be merry for the Mistletoe singer if he fails a very important test he’s set to take.
No, we’re not talking about his high school exams (which realistically should be the only test a 17-year-old should worry about taking), we’re talking about a paternity test he’ll have to take to prove he’s not the father of a woman he allegedly has sex with in a bathroom after a show last October (2010).
Mariah Yeater is so sure that Justin Bieber is the father of her three month old son that she’s filed court papers, booked a hearing and plans to have the Baby singer take a paternity test to prove she’s not lying.
Yeater says she tried reaching out to Justin when she first found out she was pregnant but his reps never returned her calls.
Lawyers for Mariah had the following to say about the paternity suit (read all the shocking claims of the suit here):
“Mariah Yeater is pursuing a modest and rightful claim. There is credible evidence that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of her baby. The evidence will be revealed in court.”
All will be revealed in a matter of time. Justin will most likely be forced to take a paternity test or admit that he’s the father and pay support to the woman. Either way, we’ll get to find out if he’s the baby daddy.
