Paula Abdul has had enough of the drama on this season of X Factor USA – so much so that she broke all the rules tonight when she refused to cast a vote for who she wanted to go home tonight.
The trouble came for Paula when her only two remaining acts both landed in the bottom two – again. This time, it was The Stereo Hogzz and Lakoda Rain in jeopardy and, after LA Reid and Nicole Scherzinger both cast their votes to eliminate The Stereo Hogzz it was Paula’s turn to make a decision.
Her options were simple: vote for The Stereo Hogzz and leave the decision up to Simon or vote for Lakoda Rain and send the Hogzz home. Paula was unaware of the rules and, at first, straight up refused to vote.
“I’m not going to do this again, I can’t do this,” she kept yelling as the host asked her to make her decision. She refused adamantly until she realized that by refusing, she was actually sealing the fate of The Stereo Hogzz.
Eventually, Paula realized that the best decision was to vote out Lakoda Rain, forcing Simon to make the decision. She did and Simon voted out The Stereo Hogzz.
Do you think Paula’s actions tonight were acceptable or do you think she gets paid millions of dollars to judge and she needs to put her emotions aside and make a decision?
