Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler are engaged again! The 24 year-old Hills star tweeted, “This time its official…Jay and I are engaged again 
” The Daily Mail reports that she was spotted wearing her engagement ring.
Kristin and Jay, a quarterback for the Chicago Bears, got engaged in April 2011 but then broke up in July. Rumors swirled that they were back together in September, after the pair started tweeting encouragement to each other and a source claimed they were working things out.
Maybe this time it will stick?
