Ferris Bueller Superbowl Commercial – Full Vid Revealed (WATCH!)
It’s not a sequel or a publicity stunt – it’s a Superbowl ad! Last week, a teaser of Matthew Broderick reprising his iconic role of Ferris Bueller in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off went viral…and now the whole clip is available!
According to E! News, Matthew is starring in a Superbowl commercial for the Honda CR-V. Here’s an extended version of the commercial, which will air during Sunday’s Superbowl XLVI:

Instead of Ferris skipping school, Matthew is playing himself, skipping an acting gig. In the awesome spot, he repeats some of his famous lines from the movie, while experiencing some updated scenes: for example, he goes to a racetrack instead of Wrigley Field and lip-syncs to a Chinese song instead of the Beatles (sigh…music licensing fees).
And just when you think the commercial is over, Matthew comes back and says, “You’re still here? Don’t you have anything better to do? Get going. Go!”
Come on, Matthew…you know you want to do a sequel… Maybe Ferris is all grown up and can take a day off from work?
