The Bachelor: Courtney and Emily Get Into Verbal Spar, Blakely Makes Ben a Scrapbook but Gets Rejected

After the group date, Courtney invited Ben to her room. While she was waiting, she bemoaned that her past boyfriends have all taken her for granted and she thinks Ben will be different. He never showed up.

Emily, who’s twice mentioned her distaste for Courtney directly to Ben, apologized to Courtney during the group date for judging her too soon and telling Ben about it.  While her apology was nonsensical yet seemingly sincere, Courtney tore her apart, saying that they will “never be friends and that [she] will never respect her.”

Why did Emily apologize?! That was a very unnecessary move in my opinion.

The next day, Rachel, fashion sales rep from New York, and Blakely, VIP cocktail waitress from Rutherfordton, NC, went on the two-on-one date with Ben. Blakely was extremely excited while Rachel was very nervous and upset.

Before the date, Ben admitted that he was stressed since the two women are on even playing fields, and that he “feels bad for these ladies.”

The three went onto take salsa-dancing lessons. Rachel danced as instructed by the teacher, while Blakely added a sensual touch. Rachel fumed as she watched Blakely dance with Ben and wrap her leg around him. They went to dinner after where Ben talked to each woman one-on-one. Blakely made Ben a scrapbook documenting her emotional journey throughout the process and presented it to him as she cried.

Rachel received the rose. Blakely walked away immediately and cried profusely as she was leaving.

Do you think Ben made the right decision?
