Like any other awards show, The Grammys began well before actual trophies were handed out – it commenced on the red carpet.
Stars arrived at the Staples Center in Los Angeles wearing their funkiest or most gorgeous designer gowns.
On the fail side, Nicki Minaj showed up in a red Versace Cape accompanied by a man who was dressed up as the pope/bishop.
Katy Perry looked a bit washed out wearing barely-there pale blue textured dress and a bright blue hair color showing her roots.
Lady GaGa looked normal – for Lady GaGa. In other words, she didn’t look especially frightening or quirky considering her usual get-ups.
Possibly one of the worst dresses was worn by Fergie – an orange see-through gown showing her black undergarments.
