The Bachelor: Courtney Tells Ben She Has Lost the Spark and Is Unsure About Introducing Him to Her Family

Ben takes Emily on his second one-on-one date in Belize. They walk around town, go lobster hunting, dancing, then eat the lobsters they caught.
Courtney continues to express her dismay over Ben’s date with Emily. She thinks that because Emily’s said some nasty things about her to him, it feels terrible that Ben is out with her knowing what Emily has said about her. She doesn’t feel like Ben is “in her corner” and does not feel ready to introduce him to her family.
Courtney gets the third one-on-one date of the trip which prompts Kacie B. to call her a “f***kin’ bitch,” which seems pretty harsh coming from her. She also said it took “every fiber of [her] being to not spring across the room and strangle her.”
Courtney’s date means the remaining women – Kacie B., Nicki and Rachel – will go on a group date, one of whom will receive the coveted rose.
Ben takes Courtney out through a lush jungle and begins the date by apologizing to her for “taking so long to get you another one of these” – these as in a one-on-one date. Courtney is confused by his feelings for Emily and says if she gets a hometown date it will be a major turn-off for her.
Courtney proceeds to tell Ben that she did not like his date with Emily, that she wasn’t planning to accept a rose from him if he did not get her another one-on-one date, she’s unsure about introducing him to her family, and that she “lost the spark.” It basically sounds like she’s saying she’s over it, but I suspect it’s mind tricks.
Ben says it’s difficult to hear that Courtney has doubts. He says that he would be crushed if she left him, and that he he respects her even more for being honest with him. He then says she’s the only one that consistently seems to care and that he wants someone with “a little bit of edge and that is weird.”
Emily so far is wrong in saying that Ben will eventually see Courtney’s true colors, as he seems even more into Courtney now than before.
