Lindsay Lohan Hit And Run Rumors Shouldn’t Surprise Anyone
Is anyone actually buying the idea that Lindsay Lohan is in the middle of a comeback?
The star hosted Saturday Night Live a few weeks ago and could barely read her lines off of the cue cards. The cast and crew of the show gushed about how great she was, but it was painfully obvious that she’s now a shell of her former self. Money, fame, drugs–whatever it is that has affected her has really taken a toll.
So, today’s rumor that Lohan hit a pedestrian while driving away from a club late last night should come as no surprise to anyone.
Allegedly, Lohan was leaving the Sayers Club in Hollywood shortly after midnight. Suddenly, she was surrounded by paparazzi and fans (or at least onlookers).
Her vehicle allegedly struck the owners of the nearby Hookah Lounge, but Lohan didn’t stop to assess the damage. Instead, she sped off.
Police were called in to investigate the situation. They interviewed witnesses, as well as the man who was hit by Lohan’s car. Based on reports, no one was injured.
From the sound of things, Lohan will not face any charges (which is great news for her, as she’s had more than enough trouble with the law lately and surely the last place she wants to be is back in court).
