Anchorman 2 Confirmed by Will Ferrell! (WATCH!)
This just in…Anchorman 2 is in the works! According to The Hollywood Reporter, Will Ferrell confirmed on Conan last night that he will be bringing Ron Burgundy back to the big screen!
Will said: “I want to announce this to everyone here in the Americas, to our friends in Spain, Turkey and the U.K. — including England — that as of 0900 mountain time, Paramount Pictures and myself, Ronald Joseph Aaron Burgundy, have come to terms on a sequel to Anchorman.”
Oh, yeah…he also appeared on the late night talk show AS Ron Burgundy, complete with a jazz flute performance. Check out the video of Will Ferrell on Conan on March 28 2012:

Many original cast members are expected to come back for the film, including Steve Carell and Paul Rudd – who have become megastars since the first Anchorman movie was released back in 2004.
Are you excited for the movie?? I admit I thought the first one was a bit dumb…but I loved Ben Stiller and the Spanish language news team.
