Dancing With The Stars: William Levy Rocks the House With Salsa, Donald Driver Pays Tribute to Late Best Friend
William Levy says his most memorable year was 1995 – when he moved to the United States. He says you have no future in Cuba and lived off of $20 each month. He tells his partner Cheryl Burke about how as a child he thought butter was ice cream, and she doesn’t look amused. I think she just really wants to practice so they can win.
The audience is going wild. Len says he put a whole new meaning to “Free Willy” and he was the William the Conqueror of salsa. Bruno gives William Levy the come-hither look and angrily yells, “I hate you! That was amazing!” Carrie Ann says “that was ridiculously hot!” Carrie Ann and Len give them 9s and Bruno gives them a 10.
And last but not least is Donald Driver and his partner Peta Murgatroyd. Donald’s most memorable year is 2010, when his best friend passed away of cancer. They dance the rumba to “One Sweet Day.”
Carrie Ann is crying again. She says the passion that he expressed was mesmerizing. Len says, “I didn’t expect a hunky dunky football guy to come out with such warmth and emotion.” Bruno says he likes that Donald pushes himself to the limit every single time, and thinks the show is turning out to be the “battle of the hunks.” Carrie Ann and Bruno give them 9s and Len gives them an 8.
Was this not the most emotional DWTS ever?
