Dancing With The Stars: William Levy Gets Near-Perfect Score During Latin Week! Surprised?
Singer Gavin DeGraw and Karina Smirnoff are dancing the samba. He really isn’t feeling the dance and likens it to taking the SATs. In fact, he is sure that he’ll have to rely on fan votes to stay in this week. Candor. Gavin is hilariously awkward during the very uplifting performance. Bruno says he doesn’t know if he should laugh or cry and he should’ve stayed on the boat, but he ended up enjoying it. Carrie Ann says Gavin was lacking a bit of form but she loves that he was so joyful the entire time. Len says it was more of a “shamba” than a samba but a gallant effort. Carrie Ann and Len give them a 6 and Bruno gives them a 7.
Cuban actor William Levy and Cheryl Burke reflect on last week’s performance. William says he feels like crap. He feels pressured because he deosn’t want to be a Latino getting kicked off on Latin week. Understandable. They dance the Argentine tango to a strange rendition of the Pussycat Dolls’ “Buttons.” Carrie Ann takes a bit before her comments because she needs time to “gather herself.” She says William is like a dancing James Bond. Len and Bruno are also really into it. Carrie Ann and Bruno give them 10s and Len give them a 9.
I think both these performances were entertaining, albeit for very different reasons. Do you think Gavin needs to worry?
